As I sit here and edit my files from Saturday’s wedding I find myself smiling. Renee’s smile is infectious and I can’t help but smile along with her while I put this together.
Forster was the location for Troy and Renee’s big day. A big part of that decision was because of the Green Cathedral. A beautiful outdoor church based right on Wallis Lake. With milled timber logs as pughes and rainforest enclosing the site I can see why they picked this spot . However as the ceremony approached the sky’s opened and 5 mins before Renee was to walk down the aisle the decision was made to head back to the resort for an undercover service. I wondered only briefly if this was going to put a downer on the day but when that car door opened all I could see was that wonderful smile. Everyone pulled together to make this work and I just want to say a huge thank you to the Mobys staff for being so amazing with such short notice. Luckily the rain stopped after the ceremony so we headed down to Elizabeth beach and Wallis Lake for photos. It was then back to Mobys for the reception. I was really looking forward to the first dance as Troy and Renee took advantage of some dancing lessons with Anne Marie from Your First Dance Co and didn’t they nail it, the crowd loved it! Thank you so much Troy and Renee thank you for taking us on this adventure I hope you enjoy your photos as much as I do. x
